Refund Policy

At Freedom Biz Solutions, we strive to provide our clients with exceptional service and satisfaction. We understand that circumstances may arise that require the cancellation of our services.

 

To ensure transparency and fairness, we have established the following refund policy:

Cancellation Periods

Clients may request a full refund of our services if the cancellation is made between 24 to 48 hours prior to the scheduled service. Any cancellation made within 24 hours of the scheduled service will not be eligible for a full refund. Please note, if any fees have been incurred upon a purchased meeting or service, you will receive the refund exclusive of the fees.

Refund Exclusions / Exceptions

Refunds will be processed for the service fees only and will exclude any non-refundable fees associated with third-party services or expenses incurred on behalf of the client. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for extenuating circumstances beyond the client's control.

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, clients must contact our office in writing, either by email or through our official communication channels, specifying the reason for cancellation and providing relevant details. The request must be received within the stipulated cancellation period.

Refund Processing

Once a refund request is received and approved, the refund will be processed within 2-5 business days. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
